Snowed In
Juice the following:
2 celery stalks
1/2 cucumber
1/2 granny apple
1/2 red apple
1/2 pear
1 handful green beans
1" ginger
3 romaine leaves
Blend in a blender with:
1 handful spinach
1 banana
3 handfuls frozen blueberries
Greens Smoothie
(makes about 3 servings)
2 cups pineapple
3 romaine
1.5 cups water
1/2 lime squeezed
2 handfuls spinach
1 banana
Shot In The Arm
(makes 2 servings or 1 sports bottle for being on the go)
This yummy concoction is a 2 step process but so worth it.
I juiced the following:
1 lime
1 cucumber
4 celery stalks
1 granny apple
1 branch basil
Then I mixed it in my blender with:
1 handful of spinach
1 avocado
1/5 banana
